Sokratis Papastathopoulos appears to be in limbo over his preferred move away from Arsenal

According to Estadio Deportivo, the defender has his heart set on a move to Real Betis.

It’s claimed that, as a result of this, he has turned down offers from Genoa and Fenerbahce.

However, it was reported earlier today that Betis have financial issues have decided not to pursue the Greece international.

He may now have to start looking at other options.
